Processing Time
Most items at Defiant Dolls are made to order. This means that processing time is 1-2 weeks. Most of the time I will ship out within this period but during holiday season (November- January) & as my business grows this may be 1-3 weeks.
Product Info
Everything I create is made by me, one person. My products are made well to last & I ensure quality control. However, my handmade creations should be handled with care as many are delicate and should be stored properly to ensure they last.
Why must I leave my phone number at checkout?
For orders going to the United States, I add your number to the customs form, to ensure that if anything happens to your package, the postal service can contact you.
